We try to make gift-giving easy, so we have options for you.

1. Purchase an e-gift card online in a pre-set dollar amount, or any amount you choose!

Enter your name and email address

Then enter your credit card details and your e-Gift Card will be emailed to you. You may print it off, or email it to your friend or loved one.

Want it sent automatically to the recipient? Select "Send this voucher as a gift" and enter the recipient's name and email address, a personal message, and the date you'd like it sent (now or at a future date!)

2. Purchase a gift certificate directly through Helen for a dollar amount OR get specific, for example: an outdoor family photo session, a one-on-one photography lesson, a pets at play session, a 24x36 gallery wrap canvas. We're pretty flexible and happy to customize. We'll send you the gift certificate by email to print out or send - or feel free to pick it up at the gallery!

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions:

Specific product/service gift certificates are not sold through the website -- please contact Helen directly to place your order. After your payment has been received, she will personalize the gift certificate and email it to you (or directly to the recipient, if you wish).

Please note that gift certificates for services (for example outdoor family sessions, and photography lessons) are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After that time, the gift certificate will retain its full purchase value, but additional fees for the service may be applicable. Gift certificates for a specific workshop are subject to the workshop cancellation policy. A space is held for the recipient, so they are considered registered. The payment is final, non-refundable, and not transferable to another workshop.

Services at locations beyond 30km of our home-base in Bracebridge, Ontario, are subject to travel fees; therefore, these fees may be applicable if not included in the gift certificate purchase.

Gift certificate purchases are exempt from all coupons and discounts offered by Helen E. Grose. You cannot use a discount or coupon when purchasing a gift certificate, nor can you purchase a gift certificate for a discounted or limited-time offer on a service or product.

We cannot issue gift certificates for services where payment is taken by a partner vendor, for example, workshops done in collaboration with an accommodation provider.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift certificates cannot be used for orders through the website or at stores or suppliers that carry Helen's products. All orders must be placed directly with Helen, either at her Muskoka gallery or via email.

To help protect your purchase, gift certificates may only be redeemed by the recipient named on the certificate. To transfer a gift certificate to another person, the current recipient must contact us by email and provide us with the name of the new recipient so we may update our records.
