Spirit Animals -- Double Exposure Art

Helen creates these ghostly "double exposures" by blending photos of landscapes with photos of animals. In film days, similar images were created by taking one exposure, then not advancing the film before taking a second exposure. Today, double exposures are often created with photo editing software, such as Photoshop. Helen digitally paints portions of one image to reveal the other image below. The result is a moody, thought-provoking spirit animal.
