In life, rarely is there a one size fits all solution. Since the products I'm offering for purchase online are created in different places, and shipped from different locations, I've had to get creative with how shipping is applied.

1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, as long as Canada Post is currently delivering to the country of your choice. If in doubt, please check PRIOR to placing your order. All sales are final, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for undeliverable packages due to changing postal regulations.

2. Is shipping free?

No. Shipping is never free. It is either included in the product cost (wall art), automatically applied to your cart, or must be added as a package - or a combination of all of these!

3. Can I pick up items from the gallery?

Currently in-stock items (t-shirts, headwear, cheat sheets, and cards) may be purchased online and picked up at our Muskoka Gallery. Wall art (canvasses and prints) purchased online is made to order and can be picked up at the gallery, but you will still be paying for shipping. We do not print your orders on site. We work with professional photo labs to produce high quality wall art.

4. How do I add shipping to my cart?

After you have selected the products you wish to purchase, select the appropriate shipping for each product from the options below.

  • First, select the product. For example: blank greeting card, holiday card, headwear, cheat sheet

  • Second, select the shipping destination - Canada, USA, International

  • Third, select the option that includes the appropriate number of products in your cart, and add it to your cart.

5. What happens if I don't add shipping?

Your products will not be shipped. For items available in the gallery, they will be packaged and waiting for you to pick up. If we need to create a second transaction for you to pay shipping fees, you will be charged additional processing fees.
