Purchasing Wall Art

Select the medium, size, and any framing you would like and add it to your cart. Then select the image you want printed. If you are selecting more than one image, please make a note of which image matches which medium in your shopping cart.

Wall Art Framing / Finishing

It is important to note that photographic prints do not come ready to hang without purchasing optional framing. While our canvasses and metal panels do come ready to hang, some feel a float frame adds a beautiful finishing touch. If you select to have the piece framed, please be sure to indicate your desired frame colour from the available choices in the provided notes section.

Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note, however, that most items are not shipped from Helen, but rather from her suppliers. Therefore, shipping is handled differently for each product. Shipping is never free. In the event you have not added shipping, where necessary, Helen will contact you to collect shipping fees. If you do not pay for shipping, the item(s) will not be shipped and your payment will not be refunded. If you have questions about shipping, please contact Helen prior to placing your order.

Wall Art Shipping

All photo prints, canvasses, and metal art prints are shipped directly from our supplier in Canada. Shipping is not free. Shipping to Canadian provinces, and the continental US is included in the cost shown. Shipping to Canadian territories, or outside the continental US requires a custom shipping quote from our supplier. Please contact Helen prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. If you would prefer to pick up your artwork from Helen's gallery in Muskoka, please contact her to discuss. Please note that prints are not produced on site, so gallery pick-up does not reduce the cost.

Greeting Card Shipping

To give you the option to purchase one card, multiple cards, and send hand-written cards to friends & family, we had to set things up a little differently. You must add shipping (as an item) to your order. Shipping is never free. In the event you have not added shipping, Helen will contact you to collect shipping fees. If you do not pay for shipping, the item(s) will not be shipped and your card(s) will be available for pick-up at Helen's gallery. No refunds will be given for failure to pay shipping, or failure to pick up your cards. If you have questions about shipping, please contact Helen prior to placing your order.

Wall Art Quality Guarantee

All our work is printed at professional labs located in Canada. We are very picky, so we chose them with this in mind, and work with them to ensure you receive the best quality product possible. If you are unhappy with the quality of your art, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will work with you and the lab to make it right, as best we can. Artwork is insured against damage during the shipping process. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and artwork. Please do not discard the packaging. We will work with the print lab and their shipping provider to come to a resolution but may need you to supply all original packaging. Please note that due to the wide variety of monitors used to view images, we cannot guarantee that the colour and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print.

No Refunds / Exchanges

All wall art orders are custom printed; therefore, there are no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise sales are final.
